My Naptime Jewelry is happy to create custom orders. Please contact us via the website contact form or at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your custom request. Payment in full is due at the time of your custom order.
Custom orders are not eligible for Return unless they have been received broken or if I have misrepresented your item(s). Should you receive a custom order you wish to return, please contact us. Multiple items requested for weddings are considered Custom Orders. If you are unsure please ask prior to purchase.
Please allow for natural differences in materials.

In the event that a product or service is mispriced, My Naptime Jewelry may, at its and absolute discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation, it being clarified that My Naptime Jewelry shall have no further obligations towards you with respect thereto.

Occasionally items will go on back-order. We will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. we cannot guarantee availability of any design.
